2. Types Of Information Which We Collect

The types of Information, which we collect varies depending upon how you access and use MYCash.

Nevertheless, the Information, which we collect generally comprises of data and information pertaining to yourself such as your name, address, e-mail address (or other contact information), age, gender, race, NID(National Identification Card) number as well as other financial and banking information such as your bank balance, bank transactions, assets, liabilities, income and creditworthiness, and where the customer is a company, information pertaining to its assets, liabilities, directors, officers, shareholders and financial and commercial dealings.

User Images:

We collect user images by users grant explicit permission during the login process to allow the App to access and store their images. We collect a scanned image of the National Identification Card (NID) solely for the purpose of verifying the user's identity.

Contact List:

With user disclosure, we collect and store the user's contact list by users are informed and asked for explicit consent before granting access to their contact list.


3. Use of The Information

MYCash preserves data in safe custody for verification with device ID during registration. Each device is uniquely identified against the mobile number as the customer’s identification is checked and verified while logging into APP. The information we gather from you is intended to be used in the ordinary course of our business, including the provision of our products and services to you as requested. However, our use of your Information may also extend to other purposes, among others, to enforce or defend any of our rights, to comply with all applicable legislation, laws, and regulations, to enhance the quality of our products and services, to prevent fraud or illegal activities, to prepare demographics concerning our customers' use of our products and services as well as to offer additional products or services that we believe may be of benefit to you, at our sole discretion, be made available to our third-party vendors, advertisers, affiliates or relevant third parties in aggregate or demographic form.

User Images:

We use user image for various purposes, such as profile pictures, NID (National Identification Card) information and face image obtained from them and validated by a government server. Please be aware that any images submitted to our platform may be stored on our security full servers for future use. By submitting an image to our platform, you acknowledge and consent to our collection and storage of your image. This permission enables us to retrieve and organize contact information to provide you with a seamless user experience and provided user image (NID) help to verify the user for account registration. We may, at any point, request other related information from you to enable us to serve you better.

Contact List:

We uploading contact list to our security full server. We collect contact data to offer various features and functionalities within the app, such as MY Top-up, Send Money, Cash Out, MY Payment and facilitating communication between users.

MYCash use this information for internal purposes, to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's security full servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your Device. We do not share these images, contact or any other information with third parties.

We repeat our commitment to respect, maintain, protect, and safeguard the privacy of your Information by ensuring that employees’ access to the Information which you have disclosed, shared, exchanged, or otherwise provided to us is limited to authorized employees who are fully trained and well-equipped to handle your Information. Each of our said authorized employees is required to adhere to our commitment herein specifically our dedication to safeguarding the privacy of your Information at all times.


4. Compliances of using device data

Internet connectivity is mandatory for accessing MYCash APP. Besides this, the APP would require to broadcast SMS to the particular wallet ID, tagged with the Device. Account holder easily finds user’s cell number from the device’s storage after selection from the contact list where there is no need to type customer number. Customer receives One Time Password (OTP) to tag device for once only until shifter to new device. Insertion of OTP is imperative to get newly registered through MYCash APP. Furthermore, this policy shall be read together with the terms and conditions as attached to use of MYCash App. In the event of any conflict, the provisions stated with the terms and conditions of the MYCash APP shall prevail.


5. Security Measures Employed to Safeguard the Privacy of the Information

It is our policy to ensure that adequate and stringent security controls, measures and protocols are employed to safeguard the privacy of your Information, all of which shall continue even after whatever contractual relationship between you and us has come to an end.
